Legal Notice & Intellectual Property Statement

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, promotional materials, and other creative content produced, displayed, or offered by LR Creations are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, all original creative works are the property of LR Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed, resold, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Custom Designs

Custom artwork and designs created by LR Creations remain subject to our intellectual property rights unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

Payment for a product or custom order does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design files, graphics, or intellectual property to the customer.

LR Creations reserves the right to use photographs of completed products and custom work for portfolio, promotional, advertising, and social media purposes unless a customer has made a prior written request for confidentiality.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to provide any logos, photographs, artwork, names, slogans, or other materials submitted to LR Creations for production.

By submitting artwork or other materials, the customer represents that they have permission to use those materials and authorizes LR Creations to reproduce them solely for the purpose of completing the requested order.

LR Creations is not responsible for claims arising from customer-supplied materials that infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of a third party.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized copying, tracing, downloading, screenshotting, modifying, recreating, or distributing LR Creations designs is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Copying designs for personal or commercial use
Reproducing designs without permission
Selling or distributing copied designs
Removing LR Creations branding or copyright notices
Using LR Creations artwork as a template to create substantially similar products
Claiming LR Creations artwork as your own
Uploading or sharing design files without authorization

LR Creations reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in response to unauthorized use of its intellectual property.

Trademarks & Third-Party Properties

Names, logos, slogans, characters, symbols, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

LR Creations does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or copyrighted materials used with appropriate authorization or as supplied by customers.

General Notice

Nothing on this website, social media page, online store, product listing, or other LR Creations platform grants any person a license or ownership interest in LR Creations' original intellectual property unless expressly provided in writing.

LR Creations reserves the right to update this notice as its business, products, services, and legal requirements change.
